- The community is concerned with one another.Alex with a few members when they went to check up with one of the members who was sick,they found other community members who had gone to see her. That is a sign of unity and love among them.

- When Alex B arrived the village,he found three members of Bukudumira village waiting for him at the usual meeting place. Later members started coming in one by one. They had a prayer that was led by Frank one of the members of the group. They discussed on the bylaws for their group,and about the time when to begin their meeting and to end. They wanted to set time for all the members to be ready for the meetings to start.Alice suggested the beginning time to be 11:30am and others said 12:00noon,12:30pm,1:00pm. Swaibu Kigoolo said they should think of the responsibilities they have before they go for the meetings like going to gardens.Those that attended the meeting agreed the meetings to start at 1:00pm but should not exceed two hours.They also agreed that those that will always be late for meetings,the leaders will talk to them and advise.They also agreed that if one is unable to be there in time,he/she should communicate to the leaders through any member of the group. The members were also concerned with absenteeism.They suggested that all meetings should be attended. The members said that if one does not attend meetings without the knowledge of the leaders,they should explain to the members in the meeting why he or she did not attend.One member said as members if they fail to attend, then the group will miss ideas from them that will help the group to develop.They also said as they gather together,they learn together. The idea was if one fails to attend the meeting for two times consecutively,then disciplinary action will be taken against that person. There was an issue of if one member was sick for weeks and failed to communicate as he/she may be far from the home area, what action was to be taken for that person?.This was not discussed by members since it was already past three o’clock. The members agreed that in the next meeting,all the members should be present to contribute more about those bylaws and endorse them.Alex B told those that were present to inform everybody who did not turn up for the meeting the need for the bylaws and after he left for Jinja.
