- When Alex B,Falcon and Nate arrived to the village,they found some members waiting for them at the usual meeting place. After few minutes the chairperson of the group Mutooto Saul also arrived.They had prayer that was led by Mireia Mugerwa member of the group. The discussion was about to make a bylaw about attendance of there meetings. This was as a result of some members who do not attend meetings regularly. The members suggested that all meetings should be attended by all members.They also said if one fail to attend two meetings consecutively,then should be dismissed from the group.They even suggested some fine of one thousand shillings for that one who have not turned up for a meeting. The few members suggested fine will not help them.but the majority said that what is needed mostly from members is their presence, and the ideas during the discussion. The members discussed with the issue of sickness,agreed that the close neighbor should be informed or one of the leaders of the group. The members agreed that if one is unable to attend the meeting,should inform one of the members before the day for the meeting.They also decided that if one do not attend,during the next meeting he or she should explain to the members as to why of the absenteeism .The failure to attend two consecutive meeting and notifying the members will lead to dismissal. Alex B advised the members to love one another and embrace unity in their midst.He also told them if one is to learn then he or should attend all the meetings in person.Sharing ideas promote development,change and growth in their group.He also told the to be good time manager as it will help them to attend the meetings.He told them that a meeting day if one goes to the garden late,he leave the garden late and he will either be late or fail to attend the meeting. The meeting was still going and the chairperson of the group raised a concern of lose of people to nearby villages. He expressed concern for them to go and attend the burials. Alex B,Falcon and Nate left for Jinja.
