- Alex B when he arrived at Bupaluka, he found the members waiting for him at the usual meeting place.The meeting began with prayer and was led by Mutooto Saul the chairperson of the group. The members discussed about how their property of the group should be kept secure like money.The members agreed that all property for the group should be recorded and kept by the treasury. They also agreed that the chairperson,secretary and the treasury all should have records concerning what belongs to the group. The property that belong to the group should be known to all the members of the group. The members each paid sh 500 for registration. The money was used to buy books and pens for writing minutes durning meetings and other things concerning their group.They had a meeting and the leaders gave them accountability about the money.The members were contented with the expenditure about the money of the registration fee. Alex B suggested to the chairperson ,secretary and treasury to keep records of the group.He also advised them in every meeting to give accountability about their group to members. He also asked all the members to attend all meetings and be part of the discussion being made by the members. The members agreed to continue with making more bylaws about their group net time and Alex left for Jinja.
