Notes
Abraham met thirty eight Kivule community members and they discussed about writing their constitution. They members welcomed the idea and said they need to have a copy of a constitution so that they write it. One of the people who came in the meeting he comes from Busesa in Iganga district he told the meeting that they also wrote their constitution but if the Kivule community wants he can bring for them a copy so that they see how to go about it. He asked Abraham if he can visit their group in Busesa. Abraham advised the not to copy and pest because these are different village with different things to do, they need to see how they organized their work, what major topics to talk about but not to do exactly how the other one did. Abraham asked them about what they want do as a group which will be put in their constitution and they were having many things and he told them that all things are good but they can not do them at once they need to get one and concentrate on it and do it to best of their knowledge. If they decide to plant coffee as an example they have to do a research what type of coffee they want to plant is it Robuster or Arabic basing on the type of soil they have, how they will get market, so that they prepare themselves before even starting growing coffee. The members decided that they will meet and go through the constitution from Busesa village so that they can start writing next week.
