- Notes
- Abraham met thirty three Kivule community members and they went around checking how the members planted the trees. They all planted the trees and the chairman said that at first they were confused because they heard from Lorna that they need to get a photo before they plant the trees and that why they were waiting to get a photo before planting. The chairman went around telling them to plant the trees after Abraham's visit and now all trees were planted.
There is one old man who said for him he wants twenty Musizi seedlings to plant them. Abraham told him that they will receive more trees but he needs to ask the group but what Kibo wants is to make sure everyone gets some trees. The chairman said they are going to have a meeting and they will discuss about it.
They have started sharing about how they will write their constitution and they are still waiting for one guy who told them that for them they have one and he promised to bring a copy to them which will guide them how to write it.
Abraham encouraged them to continue thinking of what they can do as a community and for the next meeting they will be learning how to care for the trees by putting cages around the trees, spraying and making sure they monitor closely the leaves if they are affected.
