constitution writing
Notes
Alex B and the members heard the first reading of the draft constitution that was presented by the members assigned to draft it.The chairperson of the group Mrs.Margaret Waiswa welcomed the members for the meeting and told them to listen to the document that was to be read to them.
The draft was written in English and yet not all the members understand it.The members agreed that as the secretary read it,another person should translate in the local language they all understand.
The name of the group in the draft is:(BALITWEGOMBA MIVULE TREE PLANTING MIXED GROUP).The document took time since it was first reading and members could not begin to debate about it.The members thanked the fellow members that came out with draft of the constitution as a good beginning
Alex B thanked the members who drafted the document and the members for turning up for the meeting. He asked the members to meet and begin to debate or discuss about their draft. He asked all the members to participate in constitution writing for their group. He also reminded them to keep on looking after their trees they planted. The hedges around the trees to protect them from being destroyed by animals and even children.
