Notes
Harriet found some participants waiting at the home of the participant (Apio) where the demonstration excise of removing banana stems from the built stove was going to be Carried out. Later other participants turned up. Harriet guided the participants as they removed banana stems from the built stoves. The group did it with the guidance of Harriet but the challenge was they forgot to take out a banana stem in the hole that takes fire from the big pot to the small pot. Harriet took this opportunity to re- explain to the group. She told them that a complete stove should have five holes are all of them are important. She urged them to always ensure that all the five banana stems are removed to create five holes for the stove to effectively work. The community a greed that they will always look at any complete stove when ever they are removing banana stems from stoves for guidance in order to avoid mistakes.
