Notes
David ,Steven, the healthy inspector mr waiswa and the C.D.O of namwendwa sub county went to ndalike kisege village their intention of them going there was to help the community resolve and stop the internal conflicts which were causing the water users committee loosing interest of saving their village. The meeting went on well ,members were given chances to air out whatever was the root cause for all the confusion ,which were causing the chairman and his committee members to loose courage towards continuing serving as leader of the water users committee. The members said in the meeting that the area councillor wrote to the chairman of the borehole trying to stop him from collecting money towards the borehole account. In addition to that the members said that ,those who had more than one home didn't want to pay as per the number of homes they were having yet originally they had agreed when each home was supposed to pay as per the number of homes one was having . Therefore Kibos intention of taking the health inspector mr waiswa together with the C.D.O of the sub county was to continue sensitising and encouraging the community members to take the lead towards owning their borehole and the improvement of their hygiene facilities. Kibo staff they were happy because the same points mentioned in the meeting were the same that they always told the community. They resolved that, the health inspector will be going there twice a week teaching the community about owning their borehole, because they had only ten thousand shillings as their borehole account balance
