- The crops like groundnuts,maize and beans are promising as fain season is good for them to grow. The community is always busy weeding their crops and spraying them as some are affected by pests.

- Alex B with members of the group went through the draft document that will be their constitution.The secretary Mr.Mwogeza Moses read as the members were listening as they could edit it.
They discussed the office bearers . duties and responsibilities.They also looked at the quorum for the meeting in order to take place. The issue of financial management was also discussed by the members. The members discussed the principles of the group and discipline. They also discussed how the sub-committee will work.
The office bearer is composed of eight people and terms of office is two years and each with duties and responsibilities.They agreed that in order for the meeting to proceed 2/3 of members should be present.The financial management,members suggested that the group finance shall be raised from membership,self-funding and work in partnership with various stake holders.
Principles of the group. The members agreed that will be community driven international,maximum participation and involvement,transparency and accountability.being fair to everyone.
Discipline in the group shall be considered and all members shall in any case misbehave shall face disciplinary committee.The general meeting will be last to approve or decide the fate of the event.
Alex B asked the members in the next meeting see that the drat will come to be completed ready to presented the CDO for government for advise.He told them all the name of the members will be in the document and after every member will sign at their names to confirm that they are full members.
