- The community members reported that since it is a rainy season people are busy in their gardens collecting their food stuff like groundnuts.

- The members decided that out of 10 kgs given ,1 kg is given as additional on top.Also that the community is in a harvesting period and it is good that they are able to feed their families. The C D O of Ivukula sub county and the health inspector were meant to attend the meeting but still they did not make it due the responsibilities they had from their office. They had a meeting with the district leaders and thought they will make it by lunch time which they communicated but that was not able. Alex told the members of the group to make an evaluation of what they have achieved since this year began and also where they had not scored right .Also he told the leaders to get in touch with government officers from the sub county .That it is a way to remind them so as to consider their group and the community for any government project. The members are ready to work as a group to develop their families,group and the community.r
