Notes: Abraham met thirty seven Kishaike community members and the chairman told the meeting that they finished printing their constitution. They went through the part they added because last time they went through the first part only. They changed some parts like how long the committee takes in the office to five years because at first they had said to take two years but they said that that is a short time for someone to show what he or she has done well, but they said if a committee member misconducts him/herself or resign they will have to replace him or her. Abraham advised the committee to take the constitution to the sub county for registration. They said they have now sixty thousand because they have used some money for printing , typing, buying books for keeping minutes and tomorrow they are hoping to go to the sub county for registration. They talked of opening of a group account and Abraham told them that they can not open a group account without a certificate from the government and this certificate is got after registering the group.
