- When Alex B arrived at Maliga upper,he found the members waiting for him at the usual meeting place. They had prayer together that was led by one of the members. The secretary of the group Mr.George Isabirye and those who were assigned to go and meet the CDO Lydia Alina of Nsize sub county of Namutumba Distrct about constitution gave the report to the members. He said that after the CDO reading through the draft,together with her made some corrections and recommended for registration. She only told them to read it again to members and find if they are good with it then they can go and make final copies. They also informed the members as the CDO advised them if they want,they can register with None Governmental Organization.She told them that the fee paid for registration at the sub county was one hundred thousand shillings and at the National level was fifty thousand shillings. The members were contented with what was written in the document as a draft constitution. They discussed how to raise money for final ready binding and more copies.The final copy should include all the names of the members,there signatures and contact .They require copies to sub county for registration,for the District office,the group and to kibo group. The members asked the members responsibility for constitution writing to find out the amount needed for producing final copy and other copies as they stated. They agreed together that the constitution will help them to members that are serious and ready to work together for development. Alex B thanked the members that were assigned to write the constitution to level they had reached.He also recommended the rest of all the members for the contribution to ward their constitution writing. He told raise money for the final copy and other more copies. He reminded them as the constitution will be a guiding document in everything as far as group activities are concerned. It will be always a point of reference for their group.
