community meeting
Notes
Abraham met thirty four Ikumbya community members and the v chairperson told the meeting that they checked all the members and they are still doing well with hygiene and sanitation, new dish racks and latrines. He said that the chairperson is sick and she was taken in the hospital in Nawadala and she is hoping to be back on Friday. Abraham asked those who were given some tusk to do in the last meeting, some were given to buy jerrycans for water for chickens, feeders where chicken feeds from, drinkers and food for chickens. The v chairperson said that they have not yet brought them. Abraham told them that since the year is ending and Kibo is stopping working on 18 December they are going to resume work on 8 January 2019, they have to think hard in those days so that by the time they start all things will be in place. The v chairperson said that since the chairperson is coming back on Friday they will make sure everyone fulfills all the tusk was given to him or her. They are going to meet and discuss about how they will use the loan money they hope to get from the government because the CDO told them to be organized and come up with what they want to do as a group so that the government can give them a loan to improve on their lives. Abraham advised them to be careful with the loan money because they need to do something which will give them more so that they can pay back the loan.
