Notes
Harriet had planned to pass by the District on her way to sinde and this was intended to meet the District Community Development Officer, submit her copy of Kibo activity reports with in the district. This is because it was a requirement for Kibo to submit its returns before the renewal of certificate of operations as well as signing the memorandum of understanding. Unfortunately Harriet reached the office when it was approaching lunch time and the office was locked.Harriet thought she had gone for lunch and decided to wait outside thinking that she will come back very soon. Later at around 2:30 pm other people around the district started coming back from lunch. Harriet decided to ask a certain gentleman whether the DCDO was a round and she told her that she had gone to Buyinja Sub County to evaluate su standard activities done by some Non Government Organization that she will be coming back at around 3:00pm. Harriet stayed up to 4:00pm but the DCDO had not come back , she decided to leave the copy of the report with Mark hoping he will deliver it to her office any day she comes back. Harriet decided to come back to Jinja since it was already late, she will later follow up to see whether the DCDO received the report.
