- David and Steven were in the village and their intentions of going there was to encourage the community members as they construct their borehole fence. They were also monitoring the sanitation progress in the homes which Tom Ngobi had left when they had not yet constructing shelters on their toilets . While in the village David and Steven first visited mamogovu and Mutoto’s homes .Fortunately they found them when they had finished the construction their latrine shelters . The owner of the two homes were encouraged to maintain the required sanitation standards. They continued to mr Kanwa yasoni and mulondo Akimu ‘s homes . They were so happy because they had also constructed latrnes in their homes . They were encouraged to smear their finished latrines very well and even were advised to use the ash to avoid a lot of flies . The Kibo staff also visited mr mugabi. Robert’s home . For him he had only finished the digging of his latrine pit . Therefore David advised him to work hard and very first to avoid the rains destroying his latrine pit. The Kibo staff also visited the borehole. But unfortunately the borehole fence was constructed a halfway.Therefore David encouraged the members to work and finish the construction of their borehole construction. At the borehole the Kibo staff asked the borehole treasurer mr sanday. Wilson about the status of their borehole contributions. He said that they had 300000 shillings as their borehole contributions. David advised the treasurer to through the committee members to always continue contributing money towards their borehole account. In general the sanitation status of the entire village was good except the the two homes which are yet to finish the construction of their latrines .
