Notes
Martin went to Bukudumira village to assess the improvement on facility constructions. He walked around that village with the Chairman LC1 and the sanitation committee members. They were assessing on facilities like dish racks, shower facilities and latrines.
Good enough the big number of homes in Bukudumira village have worked so hard on dish racks, shower facilities and latrines. But the group were encouraging them about the standards, maintenance and smearing their shower facilities, latrines and the use of ash to eliminate flies and smell in their latrines.
For those who are still digging their new pit latrines and working on other sanitation facilities. Martin and group were encouraging them to work hard and complete their sanitation facilities to be on some line with others like Eliya Mukose, he is constructing the main house and digging a new pit latrine it’s now 15ft deep, and Ida Kagwa she is appreciating kibo for her new kitchen, it’s well roofed, maintained and smeared which is so good. Because of that she’s requesting her husband to work on other sanitation facilities.
They walked in 30homes.
