- Alex B and the members discussed they will receive the goats. They suggested that all those to receive the goats should have houses where they will be staying at night for security purposes.The money for for ropes each should contribute on which they will tie For everybody.The day the goats will be bought all the members will be required to be at their usual meeting place. The Lc1 chairperson should witness and affirm the process.
Besides the discussion of how the process how the members will receive the goats,the chairperson Fidah gave also a report about the bank account. She said as all the paper work was done and submitted to the office of the general manager. They were told to wait for some days as they work on their bank account. They agreed on to open the saving account. The signatories are the chairperson,treasury and the secretary. The two of the three signatories can sign and get the money from the bank.
Alex B advised the members that when the goats will be bought the chairperson of the Lc1 to witness though he is also a member.The day the goats will be given to members that are going to receive to be present before they are given out. The members that are going to get must sign to show or prove as they received goats from kibo group.The goats should be put in a room while the ropes on them left out for the members .They will each get a rope from out without knowing the goat from inside. The number of the goats inside will much with the ropes outside. The members will asked each to get a rope and the door will be opened as each pull out what she or he has in the hand.This will be done to avoid conflict and confusion among the members.
