Notes
Harriet ,Jeska and Tape had planned to guide participants to build stoves on their own. As soon as they reached at the home where a demonstration stove was to be built. The group was informed that the daughter of cissy Kagoya where the lesson was to be conducted has died in the act of abortion. This girl was a school girl and had just completed senior four. It was said that she was having a love affair with a married man (Kagoda)and the wife to this man had warned her that if she produces a child who resembles her husband she will kill her. This threatened the girl since they were neighbors and she knew that the pregnancy was for Kagoda. This affected the meeting as the members started preparing for the burial . The family for the deceased was very bitter and the mother of the deceased wanted to attack Kagodas wife claiming that she is the one who has caused the death of her daughter. Harriet tried to talk to her not to take the law into her hands by trying to act negatively which may lead her into prison because she doesn't have clear evidence on what is said. It was a tough situation to intervene that needed Gods grace. Harriet,Jeska and Tape encouraged the members to avoid rumors that may lead to the loss of lives for many people as a result of revenge instead to speak words that will unite them and even console the family that has lost their dear one. Kibo staff left back to Jinja as the community and the family members were preparing for the funeral because it was getting late, threatening to rain and since Kigalama roads are bad they feared to get stuck on the road.
