- Abraham and Alex went to pick the CDO of Nsinze but he was not in the office and they proceeded to the usual meeting place. They found twenty six members and they told the meeting that they went to Nsinze to get the CDO but he was not in the office. The chairman of the group welcomed them and he told the members that he went and met the LC3 chairman of their new district who told him that now he works in two offices as LC3 chairman and as CDO.
He told the meeting that the LC3 chairman told him that they have to get one hundred thousand shillings for registration.
Alex Bamulumbye encouraged the group to continue working together because that will make heir village better than it is today, he also told them not to forget the problems they have gone through and how they managed to go through them so that they can relate to it some day when they have another problem.
Abraham thanked the members for working on their constitution and asked the chairman if the money the LC3 chairman told them to bring will make them to get a certificate from the district. The chairman said that may that money was to register at the sub county only. Abraham encouraged him to go back and ask him those questions because what he knows is that one hundred thousand shillings is for the certificate at the district.
They left the meeting leaving them with that assignment to do before the next meeting.
