- AlexB and the community discussed what is needed for the group to register with the government.
The community is at the process of typing their constitution . They had drafted the first draft for the constitution and members were to go through it and adjust where necessary.
Alex B guided them as they did the typing to plan and advised them to take the draft to the CDO as technical person for advise them before the final copy. The CDO will help them within the draft constitution by making necessary corrections within it in one way as it will required. It will help them to avoid repeating the same mistakes because it is his or her office to give them the certificate of registration.
They also checked on how the trees are doing but it was noted that it has taken long without rain. Giant Lira trees are doing very well but some mvule trees were affected because of much sunshine.Alex B advised them to ensure that the leaving trees do not dry up but do necessary requirement for them to live. For example watering them on daily basis. He also advised them to dig trenches around them before it starts raining so that they can preserve water for the trees doing the dry season.
He also urged the members to always check with each other’s trees and advise each other where necessary.
