Notes
Alex B found the chairperson of the group Saul Mutoota and few members at their usual meeting place. The chairperson told Alex that the meeting may not be successful because there is a fumigation exercise on that day that is being conducted by the ministry of health. He added that most members are expected to remain at their homes, remove bedding from their houses as they wait for the Vhts to come and fumigate their houses. The fumigation excise was intended to kill mosquitoes, bedbugs, flees and other insects. Saul Mutooto said that they expected they village to be fumigated the following day but the program changed that morning when they were told that their village must be fumigated that day. That morning the community members were told to stay at home. They were to prepare their houses like removing property from the house and live the empty. That was to be done to allow the fumigators to spray in every corner of the houses. Alex B advised the chairperson of the group and the Lc 1 to fully participate in the exercise by mobilizing the community members to stay in their homes. He also told them the few members that were present to go back, wait and get ready for the fumigators. Alex B and the chairperson agreed the next meeting to be held at their group garden project .
