- David went to Kagulu nabigalata section to guide the community members on how to build a standard borehole fence and a soak pit. During the community meetings he emphasized much about the standardization of the poles for the borehole fence and also the fencing of the soak pit,he found when the members had cut the poles but some of them were too small for that reason David went ahead and demonstrated the right size, standards of the poles they were going to use the next day during the construction process. The committee members together with David moved in the homes of those who had not paid and they were able to get 100000 shillings on addition to the 400000 shillings they had in cash they said they will be meeting the homes who haven’t paid late in the evening when everyone will be in his home so that everyone is able to contribute like the rest of the community members.David emphasized so much about why they always encourage the members to contribute towards the borehole account David told them that it helps mostly for the future sustainability of their borehole ,he advised them after the repair the balance of the money can be loaned out to faith full members in their area so that the money can multiply so that they can use it for developmental aspects.In general Kagulu nabigalata section according to the last evaluation carried out by Kibo staff they qualify for repair because even the few homes which had not worked before ,David found them improved according to the required hygiene standards.

Kibo excused the owner of the above pit for not having fully constructed his pit. mr mugoya said he wanted to dig it deeper to about 45feet and uses the necessary right construction materials like bars for the floor surface of his latrine.
