- Alex B met forty seven members of Maliga upper.He led them in the discussion how to get ready for the goats that will be given to each member by kibo group.He asked them the requirement one should have in or to qualify to receive a goat from kibo group. Mande Godfrey said that one who planted the trees from kibo group. He added that he or should one who attend group meetings and paid registration fee. Nabirye Robina her contribution was that he or she should have a shelter for the goat where to kept,place for grazing,ready to provide treatment when it is sick. Ziraba William suggested that one who will take back the offspring to the general pool. Alex B thanked the members for their suggestions and told them as they were good.He told them as it is important for one to receive the goat his or her name to be in their constitution. That meant that person would be fully responsible as per their guidance of the constitution. He also told them the person should be free with their leaders of the group when they happen to go and check up with the goat how is doing.The house where the will be staying during night should have enough ventilation with good security that prohibit thieves from stealing it.The place or area for grazing should be free from plastic material because it may contain salt and as it eats,the goat can easily die.The issue of giving water to drink,he told them that should be clean to avoid dirt.The ropes should be there that will used while grazing in case it will not be free grazing. Fida the chairperson person of the group thanked all the members that turned up for the meeting. She told them each member to get ready for the goat project by putting in place what was discussed during the meeting
