- Abraham met twenty one Kivule community members and the chairman told the meeting that they lost one of the members and thanked the them for their contributions towards the family. He said that they are ready to register the group at the district but they are waiting for some members to finish they contribution, there some members who have paid a half of the money but promising to finish soon.
The secretary Mr Mingwa told the meeting asked the meeting if they can use bore hole money so that they can replace when the members bring their contribution. Some members agreed but some said that if the bore hole breaks down before them bringing back the money what will happen. They decided that those who have not finished paying should do it as soon as they can but they will not use the money they collected for the bore hole. They said that they need to go to the next step which is discussing what they can do together as a group.
Abraham thanked the members for showing interest in working to and he advised them to be truthful in what they say because their fear is that they may use the money of the bore hole and those who have not payed the money may not pay, that means there is no trust among the members. He encouraged those who have not payed to do it so that they can be on the same page. Some of the members who has not payed were not around but those who were around promised to do it soon.
The meeting ended and they said the next will be for what they want to do as a group together.
