Notes
David and Steven were in the village to update the homes with cases of open deification .However because it had heavily rained in the past days, and a lot of peoples latrines and shower areas were affected . Therefore David and Steven had to change the dynamics of what they-were supposed to be doing that day . They changed the gears a little bit to do follow ups and encouragements for the homes which were affected. The Kibo staff and mr Muwada moved in about forty homes whose latrines were affected. They encouraged the owners to use good construction materials for the sustainability of their latrines. However the village members requested the Kibo staff to give them a grace period of time before they would get to reconstruct their new latrines. Because the the land in kisilo village is sandy soils, the Kibo staff accepted their request by giving them some more time to get back to improve on their un finished latrines and more so for the affected shower areas which were affected by the heavy rains. However because of the limited time factor, the Kibo staff left the village when they had planned to make updates for the homes with cases of open deification the next time .
