Notes
Abraham, Mark Sekimpi and Sidney met thirty seven Ikumbya community members but they reached late because the road was so bad and they found a truck got stuck in the middle of the road and it was because of it was raining hard. Abraham was calling the CDO and when they were nearing Ikumbya the CDO told him to pick him from Iganga town and Abraham told him that he can not make it for the distance. He told him that they will schedule another day. They reached the Ikumbya when some members were there but it was raining and when the rain went down more members came and the meeting started and Abraham told the members that the CDO was not able to come but he promised to get another day. Abraham reminded the members about having a group account and the chairperson of the group said that they are hoping to start looking for money to open up the account but they want to work on the second chicken coop because it is something the members want first then they will be working on opening the group account. They discussed that they want to start small model gardens so that members will pick what specific crop they want to grow and then they will make a research on it. Abraham they left the village and they went to see the chickens and found them doing well and headed to Jinja while it was raining.
