Notes
Harriet had planned to monitor the progress of building stoves as well as smearing of the home facilities. As soon as she reached in the village participants started gathering for the meeting. The meeting began with an open prayer that was led by Mutesi shamim. Immediately after the opening prayer it started raining heavily that forced most participants to run back to their homes to remove their agricultural produce which they had left to dry from outside. Also since the meeting was held under a mango tree it was very hard for Harriet to take shelter under the tree and she decided to enter in the car to wait for the rain to stop expecting the participants to come back for the meeting. It rained non stop up to three o’clock which was late for the meeting.Harriet together with the chairperson of the group Kamida postponed the meeting to Monday 10th June 2019 and Harriet headed back to Jinja.
