Introduction Teaching pupils about abstinence is what Manuela like most, because She feels that she is planting seeds that will germinate tomorrow, abstinence is the process of staying way from sex and also avoid sexual practice that can led to sex which is not good for young children. Overview When Manuela reached the school, she found primary seven waiting for her, when she entered their class, she introduced her self, she talked about her education, family and her entire life story, Manuela told the pupils that she grew up in a struggling life but she hard hope , determinations that has enabled to be a successful woman today. Before teaching, Manuela encouraged the pupils to have goals for their lives, after that she told the pupils that they are going to talk about abstinence and it’s important, Manuela started by asking the pupils what abstinence is only one pupil was able to try, the rest really did not have any idea, Manuela explained to pupils what abstinence is and it’s importance, as Manuela was guiding the pupils, she advised them to abstain from sex because it’s the best way to live. Manuela said that if they abstain, they will have better health, better performance at school , less stress, confidence and among others, she went on and told them that if they fail to abstain then they will have so many problems for example, early marriages, early pregnancy, school drop out, disease like HIV, gonorrhea candida and among others. Surprisingly, after Manuela finished delivering the massages to the pupils , they were able to give even testimonies about the types of life they are living in. they told Manuela that for sure they have been having sex mostly at school but they are going to change and abstain from sex.
