David and Steven were in the village to meet with the village leaders discuss and plan for the WASH program phasing out of the village.However because of some other village development changes from the sub county, like the sub county carrying out the home to home fumigation the Kibo staff had to change their target for that day . They met with few people because everyone was in the village waiting for the fumigators . They walked in few homes but they were impressed by the way how the village had maintained their sanitation standards.Later David and Steven visited the borehole. They were happy also to see how the village had maintained the borehole status.Mr wabwose the treasure who met them at the borehole told David that they had 180000 shillings as their borehole account balance. They were advised to always continuing contributing more money towards their borehole account in order to maintain their future sustainability of the borehole they have in their community. The Kibo staff also planned that they will be communicating to the village yet another date for their end of program meeting. In general according to the few homes the Kibo staff visited . They had maintained most of their sanitation standards.Except for the one challenge which was to do with their hand washing facilities which were not in good condition.
