- Notes
- Harriet,Jeska and Tape found the participants when they had already divided themselves into two groups and each group was busy mixing the dirt. Kibo staff guided them in their respective groups and built two stoves one per group. When the participants saw complete stoves that out of their implementation ,they were very excited and thanked Kibo staff for being patient with them despite them being slow learners. Kibo staff encouraged them to stay working in their absence because they are breaking off for Christmas. Participants promised to stay working together and also asked Kibo to go back to their village and check their progress. They said that when Kibo visits their village, they feel more encouraged and also Kibo staff can help them to correct some mistakes in case they are there.
