Alex B and Henry country director met forty of Kalalu about how the group was doing.It was of the development and the changes to see how to advise them. They had prayer together that was led by Margaret one of the members.The chairperson of the Kiswiriri gave his welcome remarks.He thanked all the that turned up for the meeting. Kiswiriri said as the group has a tent that accommodate one hundred chairs.They also managed to buy eighty seven chairs and have a balance of thirteen to make the tent ready of all the seats. He said the money for the balance was with the treasury but all members were not attending meeting.That could not get permission from the members to buy the remaining chairs. He also said as the members benefited out the goat project.The mvule trees that was still living reported that they were doing good. He said mostly their income as community is from agriculture. The maize is about to be ready and each member contribute 25 kgs towards development of the group.The money that will be realized from maize,it will be for buying group plates.They are hiring the tent and chairs.It will be better for them to add on plate for hiring. They managed to follow their constitution and managed to elect new leaders of the group.The fast chairperson of the group was Wanume David and the current one is Kiswiriri Francis . The challenges that group was facing was of poor turn up for meetings.There was long drought that led to the community late planting. Henry thanked for turning up for the meeting.He advised them to embrace the new leadership with their group. Love within the group members is important. He encouraged them to attend meetings because would the only way to make good decisions Since they had money for the remaining number of plates,advised them to meet and discuss how they should buy them. Alex B advised them to always to participated fully in their meetings.The leaders to listen the views of the members and give time for discussion.
