Notes: Abraham met twenty four Bukoma A community members and they went around checking the trees and mostly the one which was planted near the bore hole. Trees which survived the long drought were looking good. The bore hole is working good but they have not replaced the bolt which was removed and Abraham advised them to get one and fix it because it may cause a lot of damage to other parts. They moved to the usual meeting place and the chairman Mr Mukose brought their constitution which they wrote as a group. Abraham thanked the leaders for working hard to produce the document and asked them how they will register the group at the district and Mr Mukose said that they heard that at the district they want one hundred thousand shillings in order to register their group. He said that they have been thinking each member to pay two thousand shillings. The members who were present supported the idea and they said they need to the ambassadors to the rest so that they all can be on the same page. They are going to have another meeting before the general meeting and discuss about the idea so that when they will have the general meeting it will be easier and plan for registering the group.
