Notes
The group have registered their group with the Ivukula sub county in Namutumba district. They paid one hundred thousand Uganda shillings for registration (sh.100000). Alex B told the members that each is going to receive a she goat from kibo group. He suggested to them that so as to build their group each member when the goat gives birth, will take the first offspring to the Group. The offspring can be in form of a real goat but the size should be considered and another option is in money form and the amount should be debated on and come up with the amount. The members were told that what is taken back is still ones share in the group. He told them that kibo Group is mindful of their welfare and that back home doing good and also their group makes development as they rare the goats. They were told that is another way of improving unity among themselves and in their community. It will help them to be more responsible in their homes,Group and in the community. Alex B told the members to begin thinking about those options of the offspring of the goats. The chairperson of the group Mr.Kiyuba Martin ,on behalf of the group members said that they were happy and thankful to kibo Group and promised to continue to work with kibo group . He reported that the members always want to work toward development and said that they are ready for the promise.
