Notes
Tom went to bukudumira village to check on homes that did not have latrines by the third evaluation and update there status if they have constructed or not. When he arrived, it was cloudy and it had rained earlier in the morning. Tom first met with the vht at the vhts home to discuss with the vht about the village as regards sanitation and hygiene. The vht told Tom that even though some residents still have not finished there latrines, most have and also most have improved. Tom also shared with him about the new designs and models of dish racks and well as hand washing stands that he could teach to his community. The resident was receptive and the new ideas. Before they could start moving, it started to rain and Tom took shelter at the Vhts home. After a while Tom realized the rains were not stopping soon so he requested Tom went through the list of residents who did not have Latrice by the third evaluation. The vht was able to tell Tom those that had worked and those who had not yet but had places they were going to. Those who had constructed latrines included: mutwalubi, topilista, Alston, musubo, Namulondo, Absolom, Magumba, Basuta and Ibra while those still with no latrines included: sayida Wilson and Basuta Paul. Tom encouraged the vht to visit them alongside the chairman and speak to them about there latrines as well as other facilities. The rains were continuing to increase and Tom left early for jinja.
