- He met with the water user committee chairperson Matilda, Lc 1 and vice chairman Titi. They visited the well and found it was still in good shape and looking very clean. The water user committee has been very active to ensure that this well is working well and encouraging the village to contribute money for the well maintainence. The village has carried out several repairs since 2015 when they received this well from Kibo and they have had money to fix on their own without calling Kibo group for any help. This shows that the village learnt it that they own this well and not kibo group. Also the sanitation was good in the few homes they visited. The Kibo stoves are being embraced very well by all those that received them and skill was spread out to the nearby villages. Alex told these leaders to be present and mobilize the rest of the village for a Kibo sanitation survey to be conducted on 31/07/2019 as planned. He told them not to freak out and fear anything when they see a group of Kibo staffs holding iPads and moving home to home. The village leaders continue to appreciate Kibo group for the programs they have had in their village
