- Ida went to Kitukiro to teach the community how to mix chicken feeds.
There are three types of of feeds,
1. Chic and Duck Mash
2.Growers Mash
3.Layers Mash
Ida encouraged the community to mix their own feeds to avoid buying feeds that not mixed. Ida taught the community how to mix feeds for a one-day chic to eight (8)weeks and the feed is “Chic and Duck Mash “
Maize brand. 62kgs
Cotton seed cake. 25kgs
Silver fish. 10kgs
Shells. 2kgs
Pre-mix. 0,5kg
Salt. 0.5kg
Maize brand gives protein, cotton seed cake gives carbohydrates, silver fish gives protein and vitamins, shells give calcium,salt preserves.
The food must be dry don’t mix with water.
Water must be given separately in a clean drinker.

- 2019-08-02 - Purpose: To continue teaching the mixture of chicken feeds. This time will focus on Growers Mash for chickens from week nine(9) to week (20)twenty.

- One member volunteered to teach the community members when health and Spiritual empowerment doesn’t come. They will remain learning together once a week whether Kibo comes or not.
- Other Program Observations
- They have improved so much in building home facilities since most were washed by the heavy rains. The borehole account is active when anything breaks they fix it immediately.

- They need to get small poles for a chicken coop demonstration and decide at whose home to build the coop.
