- Abraham met twenty five Bukoma A community members and the purpose of the meeting was to discuss how they will register the group at the district.
They went through their constitution and Abraham saw that they did not sign against their names as it is required by the government.
Abraham asked the chairman about signing on the list which will be taken to the district and also to get three copies because one will remain with them and the will take one to sub county and then to the district.
The members who were present started to check their names and signing on the list and the chairman said that he will be taking the list to those who were not in the meeting.
There was a member who died and they decided that his wife will be put in so that she will continue with the program, they called her to the meeting and she was told what the meeting has decided and she accepted to be a committed member.
Abraham encouraged the members to check with the CDO and get the amount of money needed for registering their group at the district so for the next time they will discuss how they will get that money.
