Notes
The chairperson of the group Mr. Kiyuba Martin said that they met and discussed about the issue of the offspring. They discussed on the two options of taking back the offspring of the goat to the general pool and decided that it is easy for them to take back in money form. He said they agreed to pay back sh 50000 each as offspring and that is after the eighth month when they have received the goats. They discussed on the issue of taking back the physical goat ,that it will be hard for them to keep them as they take them to the leaders. He said that it would be hard to have the same size from all the members. The members also said that it would be hard for the person who would keeping them as he looks after or feeds them when they are kept in one place or home. Alex B told them to bear in mind how and when the exercise of taking back the money will end by the members. He also told them to keep records as members pay back money for the offspring of the goats to the treasury He also asked the committee to coordinate with all the members during that exercise. He reminded them that it is possible that they keep that money in the bank as they hope to open a bank account. He also told them to begin thinking of how they are going to receive the goats from kibo Group to their homes.
