- Notes
- Abraham met thirty eight members of Igerera A and the chairman Mr Tom told the meeting that they met and decided that they want to build a shelter for the goats at Mr. Zubailis place. He said they want to do something as a community so that whoever visits them can see what they are doing. It is good to do as individual but also good to do as a community. Two members said that they have Musizi trees which they have given the group to cut timber which will be used to build a goat shelter but now they have to get money for cutting timber. They said each member will pay one thousand shillings to enable them to cut the two trees and get timber. They selected two people to oversee the work and in the next meeting they will be having a report to give the members.
Abraham encouraged the members to continue thinking what else they can do as a community not to rely on one thing but to keep on thinking what they can do to change their community.
