- The members of the group have each bought a hen and they want after eight month one to go back to the Group for sh.5000 so as to improve on their income as they do other business.

- The members of the group agreed that they will take back offspring in money form and agreed on sh.30000 each. That will be after eight month when one has received the goat ,and even if it has not yet given birth to young one.They also decided that all the money will be given in one day for easy planning. Alex B told them that it is good they decided and agreed all of them at that amount of money and asked them to be faithful and give the money as they agreed. He told them how they are going to receive the goats after being bought by the procurement committee.Alex B told them that it will be better by ballot paper .The papers were prepared and written on with numbers from 1 to 39.The members liked the idea since the first goat to be bought will be given to one who picked No.1 up to the last goat.He also got four members among them who will buy the goats ,and they are led by the chairperson the Nabirye Margret,treasure of the Group and other two members .They promised to do a good work of buying the goats for the members of the group.Alex B asked the members that they should cooperate as they receive goats from the procurement committee as all the goats will not be of the same colour.
