- Notes
- Abraham met twenty four Nawaibete community members and they discussed about what they hope to do as a community.
They consulted one of the community who has a house which they think they can start keeping their chickens and they said he welcomed the idea but he said after the chickens start to lay eggs they will be paying him some money.
Abraham advised the group to start small and then grow big because they have not yet done this project and if they start big it may be a problem for them but if they start small they will be learning on the way as they work.
They were advised to go and get some advice from those people who are having poultry so that they can learn more how they are going to approach the project.
They are also trying to register the group at the district but the government divided up the Nsinze sub county and Nawaibete is now in the new sub county called Nawaikona which is not yet officially recognized. They have been going to Nsinze and the official there have been telling them to go to their new sub county which is not fully in operation but they are still trying.
