Village Action Steps: Everyone should contribute the required money towards the borehole account and also love their borehole and make sure everyone is respinsible towards this borehole.
Staff Action Steps: To call the chairman of the water user committee and follow up on whether they were able to mobilise every one for the training and that includes every new water user committee member to be available for the training.

Village Notes: This part of Kagulu responded positively towards the Kibo programs and ensuring that they clean up their village in order to have their borehole repaired. The borehole was fixed in December 2017

Notes: This meeting was intended to meet every one in the community and discuss about their roles and responsibilities plus owning their borehole. Also the committee that was selected earlier on was already inactive and needed anew one to replace the old inactive committee. On a sad note however, the turn up was not very good because another program came up in the village where by people were called at the primary school by another organization that looks after kids in schools so parents were invited to attend. The few members that turned decided to select a new water committee and that was done. The people also were told about how important it was that everyone needed to take good care of the borehole and make sure that they follow the borehole by-laws. Alex planned with the community members for another meeting where everyone will have to attend the meeting and come with the by-laws that will help to guide the community as they use the borehole. However the community has so far taken good care of the borehole and the borehole is working well. Water source will have to schedule another day for the general meeting in Kagulu- Nabigalata section.
