- Ida went to Kiteigalwa to teach about managing Anger. She first asked how the community does it. Mr Kamoga said that going to the trading center and comes back late has helped him. Ruth said that she starts singing gospel songs. And yet Hamza said that breaking objects cools him.
Ida encouraged the community to always think before acting on anything. Most times e fail to manage our anger and end up causing danger.
After that we are taken to prison and problems arise from there.
Ida concluded by saying that if government brings in people to teach certain lessons, embrace them and learn something to help us control the anger. Churches, mosques and others are good to run when angered.
Hamida said that putting water in the mouth and makes sure doesn’t open her mouth for the water to spill has helped her control anger. There is no way you can speak without opening the mouth.
Ida emphasized on waiting to react until the anger is down to avoid accidents that may ruin our families, friends, jobs and etc.
