Notes
On 3/11/2019 and 4/11/2019, Alex was in Igerera B to supervise the pump testing process and casting. This was a very successful process because this well has a lot of water. The static water level was at 9.50M and dynamic water level was 10.09M. This means that only 0.59M of water was blown out after three hours of water blowing. It means that this well has a capacity to pump out 50,000L/HR clearly fit for commercial pumping. This in future can be turned into a commercial well to supply water to many people around the village. It was then left to settle after to recover the water that had been pumped out and with in 40 Minutes the well had recovered up to 96.6%. This is a very big success and the water cleared very well. The village is very happy that soon they hope to start using their new well. Also the casting process went on well and platform casting was completed. The well will soon be installed with pipes after drying of the platform. The village will need to contribute the materials for the construction of the wall fence around this new well. Alex will go back for training of the water committee and preparing the village for the remaking steps in borehole construction.
