- Notes
- Abraham met thirty four Kiteigalwa community members and the purpose was to discuss how they are going to divide up the labor. They first met as groups A and B and now they came together to continue discussing because some members from group A demanded that they have to meet separately then they will come up with a way forward.
They agreed that group A will be responsible for getting bricks to the site and group B will be responsible for bring sand to the site.
They said that each member will contribute five thousand shillings for buying cement.
They concluded that by next year they will start working on that because now is Christmas season and everyone is busy working for the holidays.
Abraham advised them that as they have solved this next time if anything happens they have to use the same measure to solve it. He told them to be thinking about roofing also because if any member can donate a tree whereby the can cut timber for roofing the clinic.
They started a cooperative and now they don’t sell their crops as individuals but as a group and they divide the money accordingly to ones weigh he or she brought.
