Notes
Martin went to ltuba Namalowe to check on sanitation and hygiene improvement as well as checking on facility constructions and maintenance. Martin walked around with the Chairman LC1 and the VHTS. They were encouraging the residents and teaching them about better facility constructions methods as well as standardisation of the facilities in the trading centre.Martin mostly went to that village to go to those homes who are still lagging behind.Good enough those homes have started working on their home facilities like latrine constructions, shower facilities and other sanitation facilities. They saw four new latrines already constructed and seven shower facilities. Martin and the group was encouraging and teaching about the maintenance and standardisation of those sanitation facilities. for example; making them strong and smearing them and to make their homes clean. Samuel Mainohogovu is one of the homes that did not have any facilities. Samuel also leaves with 4 of his sons however, right now they have worked on their home facilities like a latrine, rubbish pit, dish racks and other sanitation facilities. Mostly the village have worked so hard on their kitchens and smeared them.
