Notes
Harriet had planned to assess the level of sustainability of the Healthy and Safe kitchen program. That was to see whether participants cook on their stoves on daily basis or had maintained or smeared their home facilities. Unfortunately she got stuck on the way to the village. This is because it had rained heavily on the previous day and the swamp had flooded over the road which was hard for the car to cross the swamp. She decided to come back to Jinja because it was hard to go through the flooded swamp.
