- David and Steven were in the village and their intentions of going there was to follow up on the borehole status as well as the sanitation standards of the entire village. As they were in the village they first visited the two boreholes one in the lower section and the other one in the upper section. The Kibo staff were so impressed because the two boreholes were taken good care of. Therefore David advised Jacob the and wakiso the two boreholes chairmen’s to continue maintaining the required sanitation standards. They were also advised to continue contributing more more towards their borehole account .To avoid the future mechanical problems. Later after they were led into quite a good numbly of homes . They were encouraging more about sanitation facility maintenance and improvements. Because some few homes had some challenges with their shower areas which were destroyed by the rains. The owners of the shower areas which were not meeting the standards hence they were reminded of improving on their shower areas. In general according to the hygiene and sanitation status of the village was good . Except for some fewer homes which had challenges with their shower which were being destroyed by the continuous rains.
