- Alex went to Kisiro to monitor the new borehole slab and asses if it was drying well as required. About a week ago the drilling company completed the steps of borehole pump testing and casting waiting on borehole installation. The water user committee chairman, Mr Kirya was very happy about Kibo’s support with the new borehole in the village and expressed how all people in the village are yearning so much to start drinking clean and safe water from the new borehole. However the people in the lower part of the village still look disappointed and frustrated after failing to get water in their area. Alex went to meet some of the people who live in the lower part of the village and told them to remain hopeful and remain together. However the general feeling in the village is that the people are happy for what Kibo has done in the village so far.
