- David and Steven were in the Namusita village. And their intentions of going there was to meet with the village chairman and they assess the borehole status . That was after the application for which was made by Namusita village through namutumba district. That they were requesting Kibo to help them to repair their well. However when the Kibo staff were at the chairman,s home ,they first introduced themselves before him . And later after they were led to borehole by Mutyaba Godfrey the village chairman . They assessed the borehole status though they dint practically open it. David and Steven discovered that the borehole slub and the channel of the west water was not good almost a half way. The pedestal, head assembly and the pipes and rods were worn out. Therefore because it was the first time for the Kibo staff visiting the village they didn’t promise anything about the village partnership . For that reason the Kibo staff promised the village chairman and the caretaker that Incase of any further step they will be communicating it to the village through mr Mutyaba the village chairman.
